Looking for online will review. You came to the right place. These are the online will writing services we reviewed over the past several years. We hope that it will help you decide.
Law Depot’s review – you can write your Will online with their service and it is quite affordable at $19. The site is easy to use with very good guide. The one thing I don’t like is they don’t show you the price until you filled up all your information.
Most online will service prices are around there give or take a few dollars. I think it is not necessary to bury the price at the end. Law Depot creates Will for the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Great if you are a living elsewhere and need a Will created quickly.
You can read the full review about Law Depot here.
US Legal Forms – this company is recommended by Dave Ramsey on his website. They don’t help to write your Will online but rather you choose and download templates that suits you eg. married with children. Then you download a kit with questionnaires to fill up and draft your Will. The good thing is they have Will to suit every situation possible. Full review about US Legal Forms here. Prices are around $20 to $29 for their combo pack.
At the time of writing, US Legal Forms is just for the United States.
Nolo’s Online Will Review – Nolo is probably one of the first companies to put legal forms in books and later online. They have the popular Quicken Willmaker software before they went on to create a service to write Wills online without installing any software on your computer. Their service is also very easy to use and starts at $34.99 for a year’s use.
The disadvantage of Nolo is that they do not draft Wills for the state of Louisiana. The review on Nolo is here.
Parting Wishes – a company based in Canada, they provide online Will services for the United States and UK too. The site is easy to use although it doesn’t look very modern with its color and design scheme, creating a Will with their system is relatively painless.
Prices start at $34.95 CAD and they include services like leaving funeral instructions and creating online memorials. The one thing that kind of bug me is the prices is Canadian dollars. Parting Wishes review is here.
There are other services I reviewed but since they don’t really inspire confidence, I did not include them on this list. They are elsewhere on this site.
The four companies above should be more than sufficient to cater for your needs.
